Policy
Because Rider is confident that its footwear is extremely durable as well as resistant to the elements, Rider guarantees the integrity of all Rider sandals for up to 1 year from date of purchase. Rider will replace any pair of defective Rider sandals at Rider's discretion under the following conditions:
- The defective pair of sandals must be registered at the ridersandals.com website.
- The sandals must have been purchased no longer than 1 year ago (must provide proof of purchase if the style of sandal has been available for more than 1 year).
- Defect cannot be the result of neglect or misuse of the sandals.
- Malfunction of footwear must be as a result of either a manufacturer's defect or the way the product was made.
- Scratches, marks, faded logos, faded graphics, sole deterioration, or any other damage caused by normal wear & tear will not be covered by the guarantee.
- Provide a copy of proof of purchase, a short note describing the product's defect, name, phone number, and a return shipping address inside the package with the defective sandals.
If ALL of the above conditions are met, you may ship the defective pair to Rider for the sandals to be exchanged. The sandals will be replaced with the same style of sandals if available or else Rider customer service will contact you to select a different style of equal or lesser value.
Please ship all defective products with a copy of proof of purchase, a short note describing the product's defect, name, phone number, and a return shipping address to:
