Returns/Exchange Policy
Thank you for your recent purchase of Rider Sandals. If your sandals were purchased from ridersandals.com within 30 days, please see our return/exchange policy below. If your sandals were purchased at a different retail location, please refer to their return/refund policy. Please click here if you are looking for the Rider 1 year guarantee.

Rider will either exchange your sandals or reimburse you for the following reasons at Rider's discretion:

The pair of sandals that you wish to return/exchange will be replaced as requested if available or else Rider customer service will contact you to select a different style of equal or lesser value. Otherwise, Rider will provide you with a refund.

All returns should be sent with a copy of the packing slip/receipt, a short note describing the reason for the return/exchange, name, phone number, and a return shipping address to:
