Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely, positively satisfied.

Thank you for your recent purchase of Rider Sandals. If your sandals were purchased from within 30 days, please see our return/exchange policy below. If your sandals were purchased at a different retail location, please refer to their return/refund policy.

Rider will either exchange your sandals or reimburse you for the following reasons at Rider's discretion:

  • Wrong size, color, or style
  • Manufacturer defect
  • Mismatched sandals

* For all other reasons, please contact customer service at the information provided at the bottom of this page.

The pair of sandals that you wish to return/exchange will be replaced as requested if available or else Rider customer service will contact you to select a different style of equal or lesser value. Otherwise, Rider will provide you with a refund.

All returns should be sent with a copy of the packing slip/receipt, a short note describing the reason for the return/exchange, name, phone number, and a return shipping address to:
